Three things to take away
Every feature is optional. Start with record, review and send. Add problem-list reconciliation and code review as you get comfortable.
Matic suggests; you decide. Problem-list changes and codes are suggestions. You're responsible for the final codes.
Pick your template before you record. Once a note is sent to athena, make any further changes in athena.
