Faster briefs, even for large charts. Charts with 10 or more documents, or very large scanned files, now produce a brief instead of timing out.

Every fact shows its source. Each fact in a brief links to the document, page and quoted excerpt it came from. Screening and lab evidence badges open the source document at the cited page.

More complete history. Prep reads the patient's most recent visits and scanned imaging reports (for example, colonoscopy reports), so screening rows show an accurate last-performed and due date.

Summary of Last 3 Visits. Now one entry per visit, showing the date, location and provider, with a link to the visit note.

Up to date after intake. When your MA finishes intake, vitals and medications refresh in seconds. If the chart changed after the brief was written, you'll see a notice.

Today's patients first. Briefs for today's appointments are prioritized and run several at a time, so your morning is ready sooner.

Close the tab after Generate. Once you click Generate, your note finishes even if you close the tab.

"Needs you" marker. The note bar flags unanswered coding questions and empty assessment/plan boxes.

Clearer progress. The progress card and timer start the moment you click Generate.

Fixed: notes no longer get stuck on "Queued" after you regenerate them.

Everything in the bottom bar. All coding tools now live in the bottom bar. Every suggested code is visible and is one click to add to the claim or remove.

Evidence-based billing. Matic only bills what the visit documentation supports. Items without enough documentation appear as suggestions instead.

Confirm in bulk. Confirm all suggested CPT codes in one action.

Fixed: replacing a primary diagnosis now carries "Primary" to the new code, and the "Not performed today" answer on vaccine questions can be submitted.

One click. The confirmation dialog and separate signature step are gone, and sending is noticeably faster.

Confirmed delivery. Matic reads each section back from athena before marking it "Delivered", so the status matches what's in the chart.

No empty assessment boxes. Every diagnosis Matic adds is documented in athena.

More reliable sending. Several fixes make sends to athena more dependable, and a fully delivered note no longer shows "Partly sent".

Same-day bookings now appear reliably.
