Every visit has two tabs. Prep is for before and during the visit: the patient brief, the problem list and recording. Note is for after: the note Matic wrote, its codes, and Send to Athena.

The visit header

The top of the visit shows the appointment time and room, the patient's name, age, date of birth, MRN, payer and visit type. Click the patient's name to open their patient page. The Prep tab shows Ready when the brief is done, and the Note tab shows the note's status, such as Not sent or Uploaded.
